EASY RETURNS

If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to support@phiphicouture.com.

• Customers have 30 business days from the delivery date to return item(s) for store credit.

• We DO NOT provide refunds.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• PHI PHI will not accept returns for bodysuits (jumpsuits and rompers are returnable and ARE NOT considered bodysuits), intimates, bathing suits / swimwear, accessories, beauty products and sale items. No store credit will be issued.

• Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.

• PHI PHI is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.

• Returns will only be processed once we receive the package. 

• PHI PHI reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please understand that these measures are taken out of precaution, for the safety of our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, so we will always do our best to fulfill your requests according to our standards at PHI PHI COUTURE.
